Our Therapy Rooms
Cardiff Therapy Rooms can be found at 39 Charles Street, right in the centre of Cardiff. We’re in a quiet side street off Queen’s Street behind M&S. It’s easy to get to from most south Wales areas including the Valleys as it’s a 2-minute walk from Queen’s Street station, 10 minutes from Cardiff Central and many bus routes are at the end of the road.
39 Charles Street is a beautiful Georgian building and the rooms have wonderful high ceilings, big windows and are lovely and light and airy and calm.
We have four beautifully decorated therapy rooms which provide the perfect space for coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, mindfulness, CBT and other talking therapies.
There is a small waiting room, and also a lovely kitchen that you and your clients can use. There are also two WCs.
Our therapy rooms are comfortable and safe. They are fully sound proofed and decorated with a mix of antiques and modern furniture to create the perfect environment for confidential and relaxed therapy work. They are designed to accommodate one-to-one counselling, couple’s counselling, small group work and can also be adapted for workshops.
If you are looking for therapy rooms to rent in Cardiff then please see below.
Therapy Room 1
This room is at the front of the building and is full of light. With the window open it feels fresh and airy. It is the ideal space for one-to-one counselling, and also for CBT and executive coaching. It is equipped with a portable white board and has three chairs, two of which are high-backed so it is also ideal for somatic work. The décor of soft grey and orange gives it a relaxed modern feel.
Therapy Room 2
This room is at the front of the building which faces south and so it has beautiful light during the day. The large impressive marble fireplace gives it a real sense of warmth and intimacy. With its secure, relaxed feel it is the perfect room for talking therapies; psychotherapy, counselling, mindfulness and couples therapy. It has three low backed chairs with space to bring more in if needed.
Therapy Room 3
At the back of the building this is an extremely quiet and calm space. You feel a million miles away from the rush of the outside world. Decorated with a mix of the old and the new and with paintings of plants and flowers on the wall this is a good room for mindfulness and counselling. It is furnished with a sofa and a high-backed chair with another in the corner if needed. Again, this room is also well suited to a somatic approach.
Therapy Room 4
This lovely room is at the back of the building and has windows on two sides which means that it, too, is full of light. In this room too there is a sense of being away from the world for a short while as it is an oasis of safety and calm. It is decorated in a modern way with pale greys and blues. A small sofa and a chair provide the perfect environment to offer counselling, psychotherapy and other talking therapies.
What do the Cardiff Therapy Rooms offer?
Each of the therapy rooms has its own unique feel, however all are attractive and comfortable and secure and offer the perfect environment for counselling, coaching or any talking therapy.
