Life can be hard and it’s not unusual to struggle from time to time.  Sometimes we can be hit by a low patch because of issues that we’re dealing with in life like caring for elderly parents, ill health, a stressful job or home life; at other times there can seem to be no reason at all.  Either way, getting help from a sympathetic, trained professional can be life changing.

At Cardiff Therapy Rooms, in the city centre in South Wales, we offer counselling, psychology, mindfulness, CBT, psychotherapy and coaching services for a wide variety of life issues including depression, anger management, anxiety, bereavement, sleep problems, divorce, self-esteem and stress.
